T Series Hanson professional clarinets
Outstanding rich, clear and focused sound. The top 5% selected Grenadilla wood has been naturally aged for up to 12 years before being CNC sculptured into these beautiful instruments. By popular request we have included lots of close up photos of the instruments and parts. Many of the photos are taken in the workshop. In the background you may be able to see parts of our production process and purpose built machines.
The finish is as purposeful as well as beautiful with machining accuracy to 7 microns (0.007mm). Our purpose built machine used to produce the special T series bodies carves the wood with spindle cutter speeds of up to 60,000 rpm to glide through the wood without stress or strain to the surface.
Using the latest in 3D CAD CAM design and manufacture systems we are able to fine tune each instrument to perfection. At Hanson we combine technology and traditional to make you the best instruments in the world.
T series keys feature domed pad cups and pointed key arms with sculpted levers and nylon adjusting screws and our exclusive roller system for ultra smooth action between important linkages.
