The price you see is the price you pay.  We will include delivery to your door at no additional cost. 



If you are outside the European Union please be aware of local sales taxes that may be applicable for your country or state as these may be payable.


We sell at the same price to any customer irrespective of country.  The price you see is the nett price you will pay to us.  If you are outside the EU and would like us to calculate the price excluding UK taxes for you we will happily do so and break down the price for you so that you pay the price without tax and actual cost of shipping to you.  Frankly this is a bit of a trial to do as almost every item is charged differently for international shipping and on most of the items we ship overseas it works out in favour of the customer to follow our one price fits all scheme.  As a general rule if you choose any instrument less than £700 (about US$1150) it is cheaper for you to use our scheme, if the item is a higher value than this it is often cheaper for you to have us break down the shipping costs and UK tax.   It sounds complicated, but isn’t really - if you need more information please feel free to ask and we will be pleased to help.

Frequently asked questions about delivery about international shipping Q. How do you deliver?  What does it cost? A. Deliveries are usually made by Interlink Express (GeoPost), UPS, DHL or Royal Mail. There is no extra amount to pay for delivery! The price shown is the price you pay.   Q. When will my clarinet arrive?   How long will delivery take?   A. We use standard air service delivery for all items. Typically this takes 3 days to EU countries, 5 days to North America and up to 7 days for Asia and Australasia. If there is a delay it is often with the courier in the destination country so we recommend that you track your parcel online to make sure that it doesn’t sit in a depot a few miles from you whilst you sit waiting patiently! Most orders are despatched within 48 hours HOWEVER we are a working factory, not just a warehouse.  For this reason we do not guarantee next day delivery as a standard service - we will do our very best to send out your order quickly and all orders will arrive within 7 days unless you are specifically notified of a delay. If you need your clarinet in a hurry just ask and we’ll do all we can to help! Q. I need my clarinet urgently - can you send it faster? A. Of course - but it can be expensive! If you would like us to use and express or super express service we will get a quote for you.  Next day worldwide delivery is possible to many destinations including New York and most of mainland Europe, though some more remote international orders may take a little longer even for express service,  but usually no more than 3 days even to New Zealand!   If you need Express International delivery we charge this extra at the actual cost of carriage.
