We deliver to your door anywhere in the world.

In the UK we use Interlink Express couriers and Royal Mail Special delivery.

International customers will receive their parcels via a local express courier.  We usually use UPS or DHL, but this may vary depending on which country you live in.

 

Online tracking is available for most deliveries.

 

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours.   Where ever possible we will send your instrument the same day that you order and many orders arrive the next morning!

Even international orders often only take 24 hours to arrive - DHL and UPS offer next day services to the USA and we do our best to get parcels to you quickly!

 

HOWEVER... please be aware that we are a working factory, not just a warehouse.  For this reason we do not guarantee next day delivery as a standard service.  We will do our very best to send out your order quickly.  All orders should arrive within 7 days at the most.

 

If you require a guaranteed next day service this is available for an additional cost of £10.
