In the UK we use ParcelForce, Interlink Express couriers and Royal Mail Special delivery.    When we send your item with Interlink you will be advised of despatch and delivery time.  You will receive a one hour delivery window when your parcel will arrive so that you can get on with your day!  No waiting in all day!


If the time slot allocated is not convenient you can change it.

We will send you details of the delivery with instructions by email or text message (you need to give us a mobile phone number for this service).


 
Frequently asked questions about delivery Q. How do you deliver?  What does it cost? A. UK deliveries are made by Interlink Express parcels or Royal Mail. International couriers vary. A premium service is available with online tracking as an option. Q. When will my item arrive?   How long will delivery take?   A. We use next working day delivery for all items. Most orders are despatched within 48 hours HOWEVER we are a working factory, not just a warehouse.  For this reason we do not guarantee next day delivery as a standard service - we will do our very best to send out your order quickly and all orders will arrive within 7 days unless you are specifically notified of a delay. If you need your clarinet in a hurry just ask and we’ll do all we can to help! Q. I need my instrument urgently - can you guarantee next day delivery? A. If you have an urgent order and simply must have next day delivery this is available for an additional charge of £10 (United Kingdom only). There are limits to what we can do (if you place an order late in the afternoon it may be impossible to get next day service) but we will do all we can to help!   Q. I'm an international customer - how long will delivery take? A. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you need it faster than that please let us know and we'll see what we can do to 'pull out all the stops'.  Next day worldwide delivery is possible to many destinations including New York and most of mainland Europe, though some more remote international orders may take a little longer even for express service,  but usually no more than 3 days even to New Zealand!   If you need Express International delivery we charge this extra at the actual cost of carriage. We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours.   If possible we will send your instrument the same day that you order.


Many orders arrive the next morning!   Even international orders often only take 24 hours to arrive - DHL and UPS offer next day services to the USA and we do our best to get parcels to you quickly!

 

HOWEVER... please be aware that we are a working factory, not just a warehouse.  For this reason we do not guarantee next day delivery as a standard service.  We will do our very best to send out your order quickly.  All orders should arrive within 7 days at the most.

 

If you require a guaranteed next day service this is available for an additional cost of £10.


If you require a Saturday morning delivery this costs £15 extra.
